Simplified privacy notice

Olimpo Dance Sport Mexico will use the information provided to respond to requests by email or WhatsApp, arrange personal consultations, manage enrollments, create student profiles, and follow up on plans, lesson requests, payments, receipts, and service-related communications.

Once administration activates the portal, the student can privately complete their name, phone numbers, WhatsApp, date of birth, city, emergency contact, guardian information when applicable, and any physical or medical considerations they choose to share for safe practice. Only administration can create or activate the official profile and work plan.

Students and teachers access their portals through a temporary code sent to their authorized email. A secure, limited-duration cookie keeps the session active; Olimpo does not require a ChatGPT account or store portal passwords.

Payment receipts are stored privately and can only be reviewed by administration. Faculty information is used to manage access, schedules, lesson blocks, and weekly payroll.

Information for minors must be provided and authorized by a parent or guardian. The information will not be used for purposes unrelated to school operations without additional consent.

Complete contact information for exercising access, correction, cancellation, or objection rights will be incorporated along with the full version of this notice.
